- Description
- The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, has a requirement for: the supply and delivery of B20 (20% biodiesel, 80% petrol diesel) to the San Marcial Yard throughout the year, at the request of the authorized BOR contractor. While orders can potentially be placed throughout the year, orders will likely only be placed at times when pumps are needed to supplement flows in the Rip Grande which has historically been between the months of March and October. Historically, orders of 7500 gallons have been placed once per month between March and October. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Subpart 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for this project. It is anticipated the contract will be a firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424720 with a Size Standard of $7 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available on APPROXIMATELY September 7, 2012 at www.fbo.gov.
