- Integrated Solid Waste Management Services at Yokota AB and Satellite Sites. The performance period is Basic plus five (5) Option years. The pre-proposal conference is scheduled on 21 Aug 12 at 1300 hours at 374th Contracting Squadron (Bldg 620), Yokota AB. Please make sure to contact the POC and receive the solicitation documents before the date of the orientation. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES, WHICH IS NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN JAPAN.
