- HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Utilis USA for the following part numbers: Part Number LS60A1, TM60 Liner System Part Number TF18A1, Thermal Fly Part Number TF5A1, Thermal Fly Part Number SM5A1, Soft Shelter Part Number HRB72, Hanging Rigid Bar Part Number TM60A1, TM60 Soft Shelter Part Number LINDIVA1WH, Shelter Divider Wall Part Number TM18A1, TM18 Soft Shelter Part Number LS18A1, TM18 Liner System Part Number LS5A1, SM5 Liner System Part Number LINDIVB1WH, Shelter Sidewall Partion Part Number TF60A1, Thermal Fly Part Number EPVEND, Electrical Pole The proposed contract action is for the Air National Guard EMEDS-HRT assemblage. These items are available on a sole source basis from Utilis USA, 36 Tupelo Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548-5435. Utilis USA is the sole manufacturer for these soft shelters and accessories. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 624221. Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 10:00 am EST, August 17, 2012. The Government will consider all responses but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
