- Army Contracting Command (ACC), National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), Alexandria, VA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with LexisNexis for the following item(s): CLIN 0001 CaseMap Suite renewal for 12 months / Qty: 62 CLIN 0002 New Case Map Suites licenses / Qty: 50 CLIN 0003 12 months extended maintenance for new licenses / Qty: 50 The NAICS code is 334111. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 A.M. on 14 August 2012, an award will be made without further notice. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE INRESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
