- This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. A Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District for Janitorial Services. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 17 August 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 and the business size standard is $16.5 million. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, transportation and labor necessary to perform Janitorial Services for recruiting offices in Round Rock and Georgetown, Texas. The period of performance is one Base Year and two one-year renewal options. This contract will be firm fixed-price with past performance factor significantly more important than price.
