- Justification and Approval (J&A) Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA, has awarded a sole source BPA Call to U.S. Radiology On Call for Teleradiology Services in the amount of $35,853.00 to provide Teleradiology services for the Department of Radiology for Irwin Army Community Hospital located at Fort Riley, KS. U.S. Radiology On Call is the only company that can satisfy the government's requirement given that they are the incumbent contractor. See J&A 12-045 for further details. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. This procurement has been prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
