- Hubbard Mesa OHV Phase II Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for the Hubbard Mesa OHV Phase II project, located in Garfield County, at the existing Hubbard Mesa OHV Site, app. 3 miles northwest of Rifle, Colorado. The Work consists of the following: Furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct Phase II of the Hubbard Mesa OHV Recreation Site. The work includes grading/shaping, concrete flat work, one new precast concrete toilet, two new shade ramadas, one new kiosk, grading existing parking areas, new wire fencing, new trails, and boulder placement. All work shall be according to the attached specifications and drawings. Project will be constructed under a single contract. A bond or irrevocable letter of credit will be required if awarded the contract. The solicitation shall be set aside for Total Small Business. NAICS code is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction); size standard is $33.5 million. Estimated period of performance is 100 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Offers are due August 17, 2012, the site tour will be August 3, 2012 and the work will begin September 2012.
