- Notice of Intent ALPHA DYNO NOBEL 3400 NADER RD Lincoln, CA 95648 The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Portland Oregon intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedure, for the acquisition explosives at Klamath Marsh National Wildlife Refuge, Oregon. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325920, Explosives Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 M. The Universal Product Code for this procurement is 1376. No solicitation or request for quote is available for this procurement.
