- Statement of Requirements The 908 Maintenance Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base is requesting information for Tactical Lighting Kits. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought) is to determine if the Tactical Lighting Kits are commercially available. The Tactical Lighting Kits should be of the Phantom AZL or of equal value. Please review the attached Statement of Requirements to present an equal value of Tactical Lighting Kits. Below are the specifications: CLIN 0001-AA: PK9001-22 Phantom ALZ-15 Custom Lighting Kit with remote transmitter containingP2603-A Phantom AZL lights capable of displaying White/Blue/Green/Red P2606-T transmitter for remote activation, AZL 16 Wheeled case, AA Batteries or EQUAL (Quantity 1 Each) CLIN 0002-AA: PK9001-AZL5- Phantom AZL-15 Kit with remote transmitter, P2603-A Phantom AZL 15 lights capable of displaying White/IR/Blue/Green/Red, P2606-Transmitter for remote activation, P2606 Case AZL6-Blk. (Quantity 1 Each) Firms responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFI will be due at 2pm, Central Standard Time (CST), on 10 August 10. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
