Award was made to a small business that has a teaming agreement, as an authorized reseller. Thus the 'Contract Award No' identifed above. Awardee is Pacific Star Communications, Inc. and the teaming agreement is with EC America. Award is for a base year; two option periods may be exercised. Technical requirements of the NAVFAC Information Technology Center (NITC) are served by this award.
