- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The vendor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, tools, parts, materials, supplies, and equipment, need to perform, the billeting cleaning to support the government mission at Grand Prairie, TX. This service will clean 30,000.00 sq ft of barracks on a quarterly bases. This will consist of rooms, hallway, office and restroom.
