Description
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR HSCGG812QMPE149 DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure the services of a contractor to provide Meta-Leadership Training support in Seattle, WA September 10-12, 2012 as per the attached Statement of Work. This proposed procurement is for a service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis to: National Preparedness Leadership Initiative Harvard School of Public Health 8 Story Street, Suite 310 Cambridge, MA 02138 In order to comply with the requirements in this NOTE22, the responses should be based on our interpretation of the general requirements provided below and the attached justification. Note 22. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit price quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within time and date of publication of this "Special Note 22" will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
