- Attached is the complete solicitation document. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Sreamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items-As Supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation; Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using FAR Part 13 acquisition procedures. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-60. This is a RFQ for a study. This will be a single award contract. PART 2: DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT/PRICING The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a requirement the Expansion of the High Density Resequencing Microarray for Detection of Pathogens in Blood. 2.1 Contract Type: The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price Type contract.
