- This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Janitorial, Park Cleaning, and Disposal/Garbage Refuse at Wright Patman Lake, Texarkana, Texas. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 16 August 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562111, Solid Waste Collection Services and a business size standard of $12.5 million. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services, park cleaning services, and refuse/garbage disposal services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance will be 1 year for the Base period and 1 year for each with two optional periods.
