- This synopsis originally posted 21 May 2012, is being modified to change the following: 1. The solicitation availability date for download is being changed from TBD (To Be Determined) to 11 July 2012. 2. The response date is being changed from 10 July 2012 to 10 August 2012. 3. Note No. 7: The Pre-Proposal Conference date changed from 19 June 2012 to 18 July 2012. The solicitation will be available only as a direct download. This solicitation will not be issued on CD-ROM.
