- Description
- A request for proposal will be issued for a performance-based services acquisition on the Mark Twain National Forest. This solicitation will be for janitorial services at the administrative site of the Houston Ranger District in Houston, Missouri (Texas County). This solicitation will be for a base year plus four option years. This solicitation will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract. The Government intends to award based on initial proposals submitted but reserves the right to conduct discussions. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this work is 561720 and the applicable size standard is $16.5 million. All awards will require the contractor to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). If you were registered and in active status in CCR.gov then your profile was automatically entered into SAM.gov.
