- Statement of Work for Drinking Water Sampling Analysis SCA Wage Determinations for Utah-Statewide Contract Data Requirements List for Drinking Water Sampling Analysis This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Drinking Water Sampling Analysis for Hill AFB CLIN 0002 - Data (Not seperately priced) Four option years will be included, CLIN structure as follows: CLIN 1001-4001: Drinking Water Sampling Analysis for Hill AFB (Option year 1-4) CLIN 1002-4001: Data (Option year 1-4) Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Description of Service: Testing of drinking water samples for Hill AFB and surrounding locations in accordance with the attached statement of work. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) http://www.bpn.gov/ (now combined on Sam.gov).
