- THIS MODIFICATION SUPERCEDES ALL PREVIOUS MODIFICATIONS. 8(a) Set-aside. The event at the Forrestal Building in Washington, DC on August 14, 2012 is to capacity. No further registrations are being taken. The other two options for the event are to register for the webinar or to simply listen in by conference call. The webinar registration will be open until August 14th. To reserve your Webinar seat go to https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/801867904. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Webinar. System requirements: PC-based attendees, Required: Windows 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server. Macintosh based attendees, Required: Mac OS X10.5 or newer. The event will start as scheduled so please ensure you can access the webinar before the event starts. Both the event at the Forrestal Building and the webinar start at 1:30pm (EDT) and will end at 4:00pm (EDT). The webinar lines are open at 8:00am (EDT) for you to ensure connectivity and be able to troubleshoot problems with the webinar helpdesk before the event starts. You may also just call in on the conference line number (301) 903-7082 if you do not want to use the webinar. Modification 6 to this solicitation included a list of topics to be discussed at the industry day. Email Randa.Usel@go.doe.gov if you have additional topics you would like to discuss. Further information about the solicitation will be posted to the FBO website as it becomes known.
