- Statement of Work THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested parties who can provide a NanoCube Nanopositioning System/Controller in accordance with the attached Statement of Work Technical Specifications for NIST in Boulder, Colorado. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees. All interested parties shall submit a written response package no later than Monday, August 13, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
