- The Agency seeks a qualified 8(a) vendor to perform janitorial services for our facility at the Molokai Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base building in Hoolehua, Hawaii. SUMMARY OF WORK: This is a Request for Offers (RFO) for a contract for janitorial services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, material, supplies and supervision to provide complete janitorial services at the Molokai Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building located in Hoolehua, Hawaii. SITE VISIT: Information will be posted as soon as it is available. Attendance is not mandatory, but offerors are strongly encouraged to attend in order to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance (clause 3.8.2-9 Site Visit). NAICS CODE: 561720 - JANITORIAL SERVICES SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: The source selection for this contract is 100% set-aside for SBA Certified 8(a) Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program (clause 3.6.1-8 Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible SEDB Concerns). All offerors in response to this RFO will need to provide 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration to provide proof of 8(a) status as stated in Section L. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
