Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes for Project Number 789CM3912, Site Preparation and Irrigation Installation, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78209. Solicitation VA786A-12-Q-0091 is a 100% Total Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Businesses in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) and 8128. Contractor is to provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct three (3) new cremains burial sections with irrigation in accordance with drawings, specifications, terms and conditions of the solicitation. Award will be made in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will be made to the quotes that is most advantageous to the Government consider price and past performance. The Magnitude of Construction Price Range is estimated between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. The NAICS code is 238220 with a standard size of $14.0 million. Solicitation will be issued on/about August 6, 2012, with a receipt for quotes due August 16, 2012, 4:00 pm (EST). Interested Parties must be verified, or undergoing re-verification as an SDVOSB in the Department of Veterans Affairs VetBiz system in order to be eligible for award (www.vetbiz.gov). Also, Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible for award. CCR registration must be current and active (www.bpn.gov/ccr).
