- This is a Source Sought announcement to be used for market research purposes. This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources possessing the knowledge and capability to provide reconfiguration and relocation of existing perimeter closed circuit television (CCTV) system consisting of a PELCO 6800 Multiplexer, installation of three (3) cameras and the implementation of technical visits for maintenance and service of equipment. Interested sources shall be able to provide, install and maintain CCTV equipment at the Office of Military Commissions, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. No proposal is requested or accepted from this synopsis. Interested sources are requested to indicate in the response to this sources sought whether they sell the items listed below, or if they sell an equal product that has the same capability. All information submitted will be used to determine where to procure the stated software and if a brand-name justification is necessary or if there is equal software in the market with the same capabilities.. Therefore, the information provided shall include the necessary detail, data, and complete explanation of the current capabilities and where the technology will be in the near future to enable the Government to make that determination. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up questions and engage in discussions with each respondent as part of the market research effort. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this request for information or any follow up information requests. No Calls will be accepted. Respondents may submit their responses to paula.claudio@jtfgtmo.southcom.mil. These responses are due no later than 20 Jul 12.
