- Description
- On behalf of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3), the General Services Administration, Federal System Integration and Management (FEDSIM) intends issue a solicitation, negotiate, and award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Argonne Ridge Group, Inc (Argonne). Argonne is the sole manufacturer and provider of Argonne products and has proprietary rights to the all Argonne products associated with this requirement. This contract will provide DC3 with the Argonne analytical and visualization tool. The contract Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of a 12-month subscription and 2 one year option periods. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR 12 Commercial Items. A Justification and Approval for Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 will be posted after award. The Government's market research has concluded that Argonne is the only one capable of meeting the Government's requirements; however, interested persons may identify their interests and capabilities to this requirement via email to Donna L. Broady, Contracting Specialist at donna.broady @gsa.gov. Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m EST, July 18, 2012. Interests or questions submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered
