- Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, transportation, and perform all work necessary to track trends in state coverage of tobacco cessation treatments for Medicaid enrollees. The contractor shall collaborate with the CDC Office on Smoking and Health (OSH) in preparing one Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) drawing on the findings. Specifically, the contractor shall obtain, analyze, and code legislative and administrative policies relating to State coverage of tobacco cessation treatments for Medicaid enrollees. The contractor shall track trends in state coverage of tobacco cessation treatments; report on state Medicaid cessation coverage to OSH on a quarterly basis; provide a summary table of the coverage on an annual basis; and provide a description of the methods used to track these data. The contractor shall also consult periodically with OSH staff, including assist OSH interpret the data and respond to requests for information. Performance shall be at the contractor's facility. The period of performance shall be for 12 months after award of purchase order. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses.
