- Justification and Approval (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F4ATA32185A002; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-57. (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830. The business size standard in number of employees is 500. (v) CLIN 0001-Diesel Engine Assembly Kit, 24 Volt System (QTY: 12 EA) with the following items included in each kit: Deutz Items 1 Deutz Diesel Tier 4 engine with EGR valve, rated for 63.7 HP @2600 RPM P/N D2011L04I 1 LOFA 24 Volt Control Panel without factory harness.
