- Salient Characteristics This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 423990, Size Standard 100 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K3AQ2136A004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58, effective 18 May 2012. The Government intends to award one (1) contract with one (1) contract line item number (CLIN) as follows: CLIN 0001: HEAT Trainer (Part Number: KF-HT325) MANUFACTURER: Kirila Fire Training Facilities, Inc.
