- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Hidalgo County Water Improvement District #3, Hidalgo County, Texas. The project is for bank stabilization shall consist of the placement of graded rock riprap along the side slopes. The estimated rock riprap tonnage is 17,295 for the base items. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. It is expected the solicitation package to include specifications and drawings, will be posted the week of July 27th, 2012. A site showing will be conducted. The site showing information will be posted later, as an amendment to this announcement. Price Range: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
