- AG-5E34-S-12-0024 Clauses Chenoweth Fork Rd DOL Wage Determination Chenoweth Fork Red Bridge Signed Drawings Chenoweth Fork-Red Bridge Road Bid Sched Chenoweth Fork - Red Bridge Road Spc AG-5E34-S-12-0024 Solicitation The subject solicitation is approved for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) through the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Emergency Watershed Protection Program, the NRCS, and the Sponsor the Pike County Engineer, propose to contract a streambank stabilization project along Chenoweth Fork Road and Red Bridge Road. The project is located in Sunfish and Benton Townships, Pike County, Ohio. The contract name is: Chenoweth Fork - Red Bridge Road The job consists of - 287 C.Y. of Rock Riprap Type B and 278 C.Y. of Rock Riprap Type C, associated drainfill, and channel clearing and shaping. The total project cost is estimated between $25,000.00 and $75,000.00 Evaluators will not make assumptions regarding missing or incomplete data. Incomplete quotes or quotes received after closing deadline will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and not considered for award. The Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the government or the expenditure of public funds in connection with this proposed acquisition and is the only person authorized to make changes to this IFB or any resulting contracts award. Remarks and explanations at the site showing SHALL NOT qualify the terms of the solicitation. Terms of the solicitation remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. Invitation for Bids (IFB), Sealed Bids must arrive at the address in Block 7, of the SF1442 by 11:00am August 2nd, 2012. Bid openings will be conducted on the same day as the bid closing at the above listed time. No bids will be accepted after the noted Bid Acceptance Time. Any bid received AFTER the acceptance time will be considered late and will not be accepted. ALL SEALED BIDS MUST HAVE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE AND MARKED ATTN: LONNIE D. ROOT. (Envelopes will not be provided by the Government)
