- State of Idaho Worker's Compensation Form Solicitation package - return SF 1449, Schedule of Items, Technical Proposal, Solicitation Provisions, State of Idaho Worker's Compensation form as your quote. Clear Creek Cultural Resource Inventory project will include cultural resource inventory on approximatley 50 parcels located in 3,180 acres utilizing 30-meter, or less, pedestrian transects. Formally record any new cultural properties found withing the survey parcesl, and re-record/update 13 existing sites. Evaluate all existing and newly identified cultural properties for their National Register eligibility, and report each on an Archaeological Survey of Idaho site form. Results of above work will be included in a draft and final professional report. No field work will be allowed between November 15 and March. The contractor shall meet the qualification found in Appendix A of 36 CFR Part 61. Project location: The approximate cneter of the project area is 15 miles southeast of Kooskia, ID on the Moose Creek Ranger District, Nez Perce National Forest.
