- Revision 1 - Attachment C2 Data and Extended Pricing Spreadsheet Questions and Answers FA5587-12-R-0006-Amendment 0001 FA5587-12-R-0006-Solicitation The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide Revision1 to Attachment C2 the Data and Extended Pricing Spreadsheet, provide a revised solicitation to correct errors on the CLINs of period of performance, and to request proposals include a hard copy of the Summary Page from Attachment C2 the Data and Extended Pricing Spreadsheet. This amendment also includes Pre-Proposal Conference Questions and Answers and the below Informational Solicitation Guidance: It is important that you read, understand, and submit all the below listed items: - This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract and No Conditional Proposals will be accepted, ref FAR 16.202-1, FAR 15.101-2, solicitation addendum 52.212-1 pages 88-90 and addendum 52.212-2 pages 94-95 and 98-99 - Ensure you submit prices for all the four years by pricing out ALL CLINs, solicitation pages 4-67 - Ensure you submit all of the required information for all the factors and sub-factors, solicitaton pages 88-91 - Ensure you provide your past performance questionnaires, solicitation page 91 - Late proposals will NOT be accepted - FAR 52.212-1(f), solicitation pages 85 and 93
