- This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335311 with a size standard of 750 employees or less. This acquisition will be processed as a commercial item acquisition and will be prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 14. A firm-fixed contract award is contemplated. This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation and equipment necessary to furnish one transformer, 3-phase, 69-12.47-kV, 5-MVA, and one autotransformer, 3-phase, 115/69-13.2-kV, 18/24/30-MVA. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. Interested parties can download the solicitation at http://www.fedconnect.net or http://fbo.gov on or about July 5, 2012.
