- This Pre-solicitation notice supersedes previous notice W91ZLK-11-R-0007. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division (CCAP-SCI)) intends to award up to seven Multiple Award Task Order contracts (MATOC) for Design/Build, Construction, and/or Renovation Type projects. Work will be performed primarily on areas of U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County, Maryland that include Aberdeen area, Edgewood area, Churchville Test Course, and Van Bibber Water Treatment Plant. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, heating and air conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, and other related work. All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications, and drawings provided with each project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 with the small business size standard at $33.5 million. This procurement will be solicited as 100% 8(a) set aside. Each contract is for one year with 4 option years. The total estimated value for each contractor will be a minimum of $2,500 and will not exceed $230,000,000 over the life of the contract. A Pre-Proposal site visit is tentatively scheduled for two weeks after release of solicitation. Details for mandatory registration for the site visit will be outlined in the solicitation in Section 00100. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 2 July 2012 with proposals due on or about 6 August 2012, the actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). All information, amendments and questions concerning this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for notices and amendments. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the documents posted on the referenced web pages.
