- Worker's Comp Form - State of Idaho Maps Solicitation package. Complete all blocks and return. Return State of Idaho Worker's Compensation Form with quote. Frank Church Wilderness Noxious Weed Spraying Solicitation - due 7/5/12 at 4 pm Pacific Time. Items 1 through 6 will be prioritized and awarded based on available funding. Government may make multiple awards by line item from this solicitation. This contract requires herbicides application for noxious weed control within or adjacent to the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness and may include private land within the boundaries of the wilderness. Application may include backpack sprayer, and/or auxiliary power pump systems mounted on a horse and/or mule. ATV mounted sprayers may be used on private lands or existing roads adjacent to the wilderness. Tranpsortation of personnel and supplies may required reeady access to and use of a jet boat and/or pack and saddle stock. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, personal protection equipment, transportation, equipment, operating supplies, and all elements required to perform the work except those listed as Government-furnished property and supplies. Government will furnish herbicides.
