- NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY PROJECT: AK PFH 43(10) Deweyville Trailhead to Neck Lake Road (Phase 2 of a Design-Build Solicitation) Location: Tongass National Forest, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. The project is located 35 miles west of Coffman Cove and 45 miles north of Klawock. Work: This 12 mile long project requires upgrading the route from a single lane logging road to a two lane paved highway. Phase 2: This solicitation initiates Phase 2 of the 2-phase design-build process. Phase 1 proposals were solicited under Solicitation #DTFH70-12-R-00005. Short-listed firms have been asked to compete for contract award under this Phase 2. Phase 2 documents are not public and will not be posted on the FBO. Add your name to the IVL - If you would like to be considered as a subcontractor or supplier, please add your name to the Interested Venders List so the short-listed firms will know of your interest in this project. Estimated PRICE RANGE is $25 million to $50 million.
