- Draft Bailment Agreement Template Draft DEP Process Scenario Directions to TSIF Faciltiy Industry Day Agenda The purpose of special notice HSTS04-12-R-ST1036 is to provide information regarding the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Industry Day for Explosive Detection Systems Competitive Procurement (EDS-CP) Rolling Qualified Products List (QPL) Process. Industry day is scheduled for July 19, 2012 at 9am at the TSA Integration Facility (TSIF) in Arlington, VA. For directions to TSIF, see attached document. A draft agenda is provided but note that this agenda is subject to change. Please provide a list of names of those who will be attending the Industry Day to HSTS04ebsp@dhs.gov with a cc to Kirsten.O'Brien@dhs.gov. Please note that each company is limited to five (5) representatives. Please RSVP no later than July 16, 2012. In order to have a productive industry day, TSA invites Offerors to submit any questions/feedback about the documents no later than July 6, 2012. TSA will review vendor's inquiries and discuss this during industry day. Please submit questions/feedback to HSTS04ebsp@dhs.gov with a cc to Kirsten.O'Brien@dhs.gov. The TSA will issue the following documents either via attachment on FedBizOpps or via email if the document contains Sensitive Security Information (SSI): 1. Draft EDS-CP QMP (SSI) 2. Draft DEP Process Scenario 3. Draft Bailment Agreement Template 4. Industry Day Agenda 5. Directions At this time, this requirement necessitates that vendors have access to documents Classified as SSI. If a vendor was previously approved and registered under the HSTS04-09-R-ST2180 you must submit a new signed statement from the SSI POC certifying that all appropriate protections have been followed, only authorized individuals have access to the sensitive information, and those individuals with access adequately understand their responsibilities to protect the information, and that the Contracting Officer will be notified of any staffing changes or circumstances in which individuals no longer need access to the information. This statement is also required to contain the following information: • Company Name, • Mailing & Street address (NO PO Boxes ) • Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code & Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS number) • POC and contact information for : Program Manager (main POC) Facility Security Officer Sensitive Security Information POC: This person is required to be a senior corporate official who will serve as the single POC for SSI. This official must certify that SSI will be protected in accordance with policy and procedures. This official is required to notify the Contracting Officer of staffing changes or circumstances in which individuals no longer need access to the information. All personnel who will need access to the SSI data must have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file, and must be pre-approved by TSA to have access to classified information. If a vendor is not approved, then please contact Kirsten O'Brien for further instructions. Industry Day Attendee Processing - Vendor Representatives 1. TSIF Security a. All visitors will need to be in Visitor Management System (VMS) i. All attendees must RSVP via FEDBIZOP instructions to be entered into VMS and have visitor badges printed b. TSA/TSIF security will issue visitor badges 2. Proceed to 2nd Floor 3. Proceed to Sign-in table 4.
