- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to issue a sole source purchase order to NAL Research Corp, 9300 W. Courthouse Rd, Ste 102, Manassas VA 20110 for the acquisition of 30 each Tracking Module P/N 9602-LP & 30 each Dual Iridium/GPS Antenna P/N SAF7352-IG. This procurement is sole source for the following reason. NAL Research Corp is the only know supplier of these items to be purchased. These items have to be physically compatible with existing installation configurations to perform with existing power supplies, interface equipment and functionality. NAL Research Corp is the only responsible source due to their unique qualifications as sole manufacturer of this item. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334511, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The closing date to submit quotes is 06/11/12. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
