The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000, including options. A hosted site visit is not anticipated, but all prospective offerors are expected to visit the site at their own convenience. The contract clause at FAR 52.236-3, Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in the solicitation and contract. A total small business set-aside is contemplated.
