- Notice of Intent to Solicit (Sources Sought) - FedBizOpps Description - SPE600-12-R-0411 The purpose of this notice is to advise of Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA's) intent to solicit the sub-bituminous coal requirements for the following locations in Alaska: Line Item 0001, Fort Wainwright's one year quantity is 320,000 net tons (NTS); Line Item 0002, Clear Air Station's one year quantity is 53,700 NTS and Line Item 0003, Eielson Air Force Base's (AFB's) one year quantity is 195,000 NTS. Three year, FOB destination offers will be requested. Solicitation will be unrestricted. Performance period for all three installations is October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2015. A separate FedBizOpps notice will be sent at time of solicitation issuance.
