- NSN 1660-01-092-5376, Solicitation SPE4A7-12-R-023, PR 1000002716. This proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Valve, Liquid Oxygen. The procurement item description cites SPEC #: MIL-PRF-25961H(1) REV NR 1 DTD 05/09/2001 PART PIECE NUMBER:CRU-50/A. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 1,976 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 494 each for the base year only. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. QPL-25961 applies. Item is life support equipment. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 209 days ARO. Surge is not required. Government First Article testing and Government Production Lot testing are required. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI) and configuration controlled. Export control certification is required.
