- Award Notice- The Office of the U.S. Property and Fiscal Officer for Hawaii has awarded a single firm fixed price contract (W912J6-12-C-0003) for Project No. KNMD109032 TFI-ADD COMM TO B3385; KNMD082558 TFI-REPAIR COMM TO B3385; KNMD112550 REPAIR INFRASTRUCTURE TO B3385; KNMD069213 TFI-F-22 WEAPONS LOAD CREW TRAINING FACILITY and KNMD069212 TFI-F-22 FLIGHT SIMULATOR FACILITY. This contract is for non personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete construction for the Addition and repair of the B3385 Communications Facility and New Construction of the Weapons Load Crew Training Facility and the Flight Simulator Training Facility to support the F-15 and F-22 aircraft conversion at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. Contract was awarded on 12 JUNE 12 to Hako Plumbing Inc., 958 Akepo Lane, Honolulu, HI 96817. The amount of the award is $31,173,851.00 (base only).
