- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern California Healthcare System, is issuing a sources sought announcement looking for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) sources to provide home healthcare services (home health aide, homemaker, in-home respite care) for veterans in the following northern California counties (Alameda, Solano, Amador, El Dorado, Sacramento, Yolo, Sutter, Placer, Colusa, Yuba, Glenn, Tehama, Trinity, Butte, Shasta and Siskiyou) for a one-year period of performance. ONLY SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES NEED RESPOND. Per VA requirements, rates cannot exceed the maximum 2012 low utilization payment adjustment (LUPA) per-visit rates for the relevant service area - these rates will be provided in the solicitation. NAICS code 621610 applies with a size standard of $13.5 million. The solicitation number for the RFQ is VA261-12-Q-1011. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 1, 2012 with an anticipated due date of August 1, 2012. Entities requesting a copy of the RFQ must send an e-mail with the subject line 'Home Healthcare Services' to the Contracting Officer on or before the response date shown in this announcement. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov and complete the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx before the due date for quotes. In order to be considered, sources must be listed as verified (along with verification logo) in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at http://www.VetBiz.gov before the due date and time for quotes.
