Item 1: Design and fabrication of Silicon Nitride Membrane Window devices on wafers.  Wafer: 4" dia, 200µm thick.  Silicon Nitride membrane:  Size: 500μm x 500μm ±15μm  Membrane: 2000nm thickness, Low stress Silicon Nitride  2.5mm centre to centre distance between windows  Deposition 300nm±5nm Aluminum on top of the membrane.  Quantity delivered: 5 x 4" wafers populated with devices Item 2: Design and fabrication of Silicon Nitride Membrane Window devices on wafers.  Wafer: 4" dia, 200µm thick.  Silicon Nitride membrane:  Size: 500μm x 500μm ±15μm  Membrane: 200nm thickness, Low stress Silicon Nitride  2.5mm centre to centre distance between windows  Quantity delivered: 5 x 4" wafers populated with devices
