- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.1505 - Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business Program (EDWOSB) set-aside. THIS PRESOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to be performed will include, but not be limited to, the following principal features: Replace HVAC systems in the north and south ends of Building 1703 as shown on Drawings #C7651.16 and in the Specifications. The location of the required work is on Fort Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. 65473. Construction details and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for sealed bid is issued. All documents relating to the requirement will be posted on-line and available for download with the exception of the drawing which will be mailed to the Prime Contractor only through the U.S. Postal Service. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The NAICS Code of 238220 will be used for this procurement. This will be a fixed price construction contract. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
