- SCOPE OF CONTRACT This project includes expansion and improvement of the parking area at the Falls Cr. Falls Trailhead, and decommissioning of the access road and parking area at the Falls Cr. Trailhead. The Falls Cr. Falls parking area will be expanded to fit more vehicles. Slash and stumps removed from this parking area shall be used to cover the decommissioned Falls Cr. parking area and access road.
