- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), intends to award a direct 8(a) contract to Accelera Solutions to purchase annual maintenance for software to retain rights to upgrades and receive technical support. NASS needs a reliable and robust fax software solution to receive survey questionnaires and disseminate reports to customers in a timely manner. The fax software solution must integrate with the Lotus Notes email and be able to automate the flow of a full range of fax, paper and electronic documents. By using Accelera Solutions, NASS can securely and efficiently deliver business information from virtually any application via fax, email, print devices over the Internet. Accelera Solutions has been an integral part of quicker service and improved efficiency when serving NASS customers. The anticipated Period of Performance is 09/15/2012 to 09/14/2013.
