- Attachment D - LMM Attachment C - Architecture Diagram Attachment B - Application Mapping Attachment A - Statement Of Objective Solicitation Solicitation for Integrated Student Experience Synopsis Notice Solicitation Number: ED-FSA-12-R-0004 Notice Type: Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the attached document entitled ED-FSA-12-R-0004. This requirement may result in the award of one IDIQ and a firmed fixed price task order (TO) type contract(s) for the operations and maintenance (O&M) support. These services shall be performed at the contractor's facility. The period of performance is intended to be from effective date of the contract through five (5) years. In accordance with section E in the attached RFP # ED-FSA-12-R-0004 : Proposals must be received by Federal Student Aid (FSA) on or before the due date and time specified in the solicitation. Only information received on or before the due date and time shall be considered for award. Any proposal or part thereof, received after the due date and time, shall be deemed late and will not be considered for award.
