- Special Notice of NASA ExchangeMSFC to Lease NASA Controlled Land to a Private Developer for Marshall Exchange Retail Development Project (SN-04272012) which was posted on May 1, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: In Section 1.4.2 Access to Redstone Arsenal, delete the fourth sentence which reads Although most gates on the Arsenal are open from 5:30AM to midnight, Gate 9, the main gate, is open 24 hours/day. Replace with a fourth sentence which reads Current gate hours are shown in the file titled RSA New Gate Hours effective May 6, 2012.pdf. In Section 3.8, page 42 of the Solicitation (the large MS Word document); the due date for proposals is changed to August 31, 2012 5:00 PM CDT. Questions received during the Project Forum and through emails have been answered and are included in the file titled Answers to Questions Received Through 6-11-12.pdf Electronic copies of the briefing materials and handouts provided during the Project Forum and Site Visit conducted on June 5, 2012 are also posted as part of this Modification. This includes the Redstone Arsenal Overview, the NASA Facilities Master Plan Highlights, the NASA Marshall Exchange Presentation, the Site Tour Handout (with eateries added), the new Gate Hours, and the List of Attendees to the Project Forum and Site Visit. The due date for responses is extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/MSFC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=62 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
