- Service Contract Act Wage Rates Solicitation Drawing A1.3 Drawing A1.2 Supplemental Information Drawing A1.4 Statement of Work Specifications for material and labor that should be included in the RFP. The Air National Guard is exempt from Federal, State, and Local Taxes. The Tax Exemption form is available upon request after contract award. Provide and Install new fire station alert system. Furnish all parts, labor, materials, equipment and supplies and perform all work in accordance with the work scope for the project. : The contractor shall design, layout, and install a new Fire Station Alerting system for the 121st ARW Fire Department, Bldg 820 (LOCUTION System or Equal). The system shall include installing the appropriate amount of speakers throughout the station (approx 19 ea) and includes the appropriate amplifier and all other materials needed for this system to operate. The system shall be able to alert different rooms throughout the fire house from the Alarm Room. This system shall be connected to the City of Columbus Communication Center's LOCUTION Equipment via dedicated Communication lines (i.e., phone line, T1). The proposed system must be able to be expandable for future use. This system shall 'not' be tied into the 121st ARW's computer network. This system shall be provided and installed turn-key. All software, hardware, programming, and installation shall be included in the bid. The contractor shall provide training classes for Fire Station personnel in the use of this system.
