- Description
- This project consists of roof replacement on the Manila Office on the Flaming Gorge Ranger District Office at 25 W Highway 43, Manila, UT 84046 (the office is just south of the Ranger District) on the Ashley National Forest, Daggett County. This project includes all requirements and necessary construction to alleviate existing roof deterioration: remove existing roof materials and attic insulation according to drawings and specifications; install new roof construction per design according to drawings and specifications; and install new insulation according to drawings and specifications. Demolition and construction shall be as follow: remove existing roof materials according to drawings and specifications. Roof shall be stripped down to the existing roof decking. The solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The magnitude estimated price is: less than $25,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or before June 27, 2012. NOTE: Prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in solicitations) in the ORCA System. The ORCA site is http://www.bpn.gov (click on the Online Represtiontations and Certifications Application. There will be a Pre-Bid site visit for this solicitation: DATE: June 20, 2012 TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) PLACE: Manila Office District, 25 W Hwy 43, Manila, UT 84046 Interested parties will meet at the Flaming Gorge Ranger District and then drive to the Manila Office dwelling.
