- ScheduleOfItems 1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery FOB Destination of fence materials to be used in the eventual construction of 4-strand barbed wire fences. The estimated quantities listed on the Schedule of Items is intended to be sufficient to construct approximately 17 miles of fence. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to (520) 388-8332 by close of business June 27, 2012. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53, effective August 4, 2011. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190 and the size standard is $7.0 Million. 6. Submit a unit price quote and total delivered price quote for supply and delivery of all items. Utilize the attached Schedule of Items when submitting your quote. 7. A quote must be submitted for all contract line item numbers (CLINs) with no substitutions for the specified materials. Price quotes for each CLIN should indicate the purchase price inclusive of freight and handling, and sales tax, if applicable. The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but is liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona. 8. Price Range for this supply and delivery is between $25,001 and $100,000. 9. Desired delivery date for all materials is 30 days from date of award. 10. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m). If the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov., submit only paragraph (b) from the provisions and a DUNS number. 11. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet delivery date. 12. [FAR] 52.219-8 Utilization of Small Business Concerns. 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The offer/quotation that is most advantageous to the Government, based on the factors contained in this solicitation, will be selected for award. 14. A single award is contemplated; however, the government reserves the right to decrease or increase quantities in accordance with pricing and availability of funds. 15.
